Hope to add a way to use ng router open link #172

At present, using ng-markdown to parse md files, links will be parsed as herf, and browsers will refresh after clicking on links.

Hope to add a method that can be directly resolved to an ng router method when there is no domain name in the link.

This is the most requested feature without a doubt!
