No Return, No Refund Policy:
The purchase of the Extension is final, and there is no return or refund policy. If demo apk shared by developer, so please ensure that you have thoroughly tested the example app on your device and are satisfied with its performance before purchasing the extension. -
Usage Rights:
You are granted a single user license to use the Extension as a Kodular/Niotron/App Inventor developer. This license allows you to use the Extension in as many projects as you like and distribute the generated APK files to end users. You can publish your APK files to Google Play and other services. -
Distribution and Licensing Restrictions:
a. The Extension (aix file) is for your personal use only, and you are not allowed to pass, distribute, or share the extension (aix file) with others.
b. If you are interested in a multiple user license, please contact the developer by Telegram/WhatsApp to discuss licensing options. -
Compatibility and Device Variability:
There is a wide variety of Android devices in the market, and the developer may not be able to test the Extension on all of them. Therefore, the developer cannot guarantee that the example app or the Extension will work flawlessly on every device. It is recommended to thoroughly test the Extension on your target devices to ensure compatibility. -
Support & Updates:
Updates: The developer will provide free updates for minor updates, which include bug fixes, improvements, and minor feature enhancements. However, for major updates that introduce significant new features or functionality, the developer may charge a small amount as an upgrade fee. The decision to release major updates and associated charges will be at the discretion of the developer. Please note that the developer reserves the right to discontinue providing updates and support for the Extension at any time, with or without prior notice.
Support: After purchasing the extension, if you encounter any issues related to the extension during testing, the developer may take the necessary time to investigate and fix the reported issues promptly. However, if the issues reported are determined to be unrelated to the extension, the developer may exercise the right to decline providing updates or support without any additional cost. As mentioned in Terms no. 1, the No Return, No Refund Policy will remain in effect for all purchases. -
Warranty and Liability:
The Extension is provided "as is," without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The authors or copyright holders shall not be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from, out of, or in connection with the Extension or its use. -
Changes to Terms & Policy:
The developer reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions and any associated policies at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility as a user to regularly review the Terms and Conditions for any updates or modifications. By continuing to use the Extension after any changes have been made, you are indicating your acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions. By using the Extension, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must refrain from purchasing and using the Extension.
