Parameter value does not change

Hello,
The functionality that I require from this plugin is the ability to change the SVN Repository URL that is configured in multiple jobs.
I used the plugin as stated in the documentation, under the Parameters section I found the Repository URL value and changed it to the new value.
However, I found that the value hasn't changed in any of the jobs even after restarting the service.
Any help would be appreciated.
