Due to the ConTeXt version not building under newer versions of ConTeXt, and LaTeX package for the book working reasonably well, it makes sense to migrate the book to LaTeX.

With this 60231fd all the features work in LaTeX. Now it's a matter of cleaning-up and refining the layout.
