Passing variables or objects to block

Hi!
Very nice project. I'm using the editor as a way for the user to design invoices or estimates. So the user has data in form of budget calculations that I would like to create blocks for with different designs. How can I pass data to the custom block?
For example the user is editing estimate with ID#10 we want to grab the same estimate data and use it in the blocks?
