Open browser after in-stock alert.

I've been running this nonstop since May 15th and today on my way home from work at 9:24-9:32 I got 16 notifications for various cards. I got home 5 minutes later expecting at least one of the cards in my cart. Upon unlocking my computer there's no browser window open and I don't have a GPU.

I have the following set in the dotenv file:

AUTO_ADD_TO_CART=TRUE
OPEN_BROWSER=TRUE

Having these settings to true make it seem like this would have auto added the GPUs to my cart and opened the browser window. But seem untrue, but I can't see if GPU's were added to my cart since there's no browser window and enabling HEADLESS mode makes it so I can't use my computer for anything else.
