The current server on SoYouStart/OVHCloud is paid through April 14, 2025. In March we should migrate to a similar but modern server on the same service provider. This will unblock #412 and #391.

In the process we should investigate switching from Dokku to Kamal/Thruster and ditching Redis/Sidekiq for Solid Queue. Also Solid Cache...just simplify the whole thing.
