Requesting the feature to organize outputs into BIDS structure. A flag to toggle BIDS on/off would be easy to implement. However, categorizing scans is harder, but may we overcome by reading various dicom header fields.

Cannot be done automatically. This would require a special "BIDS" mode that presents the user with each series and asks them to classify it. This is on my private road map but not listed on GitHub, targeting maybe summertime for this feature. It is a complicated one.
