Consider using .config

The home directory is getting cluttered, especially with the modularized dotfiles. Consider creating a standardized .config for ibmi-dotfiles, like so:

    ibmi-dotfiles/
        after-dotfiles
        aliases
        before-dotfiles
        functions
        history
        path
        prompt
        vars
        VERSION
