Request for Django 5.1 Compatibility

I am currently using django-simple-history in my project and recently upgraded to Django 5.1. However, I noticed that django-simple-history is not yet officially compatible with this new version of Django.

Would it be possible to add support for Django 5.1 in a future release? I believe many users would benefit from this feature as Django 5.1 introduces important updates and improvements.

Reason for Feature Request:

The latest version of Django offers improvements and new features that many developers are eager to use, and django-simple-history is an important tool for projects that require tracking model history.
Updating django-simple-history to be compatible with Django 5.1 will help ensure that developers can continue using it without issues in newer Django projects.
Environment:

Django version: 5.1
django-simple-history version: 3.7.0
Python version: 3.12.3

If possible, could you provide an estimated timeline or any updates on when compatibility with Django 5.1 might be achieved?
