Can't install in Eclipse 4.13

Followed through the installation instructions, no where to drop the downloaded zip file in the Install new software window. Has the installation changed for the Eclipse 4.13 release?

Dropping the file works for me in 4.13.0, anyway you can use the Add... and Manage... buttons

However after installing I still get the 'The Class File Viewer cannot handle the given input ('org.eclipse.ui.ide.FileStoreEditorInput')' error

add > archive > (select the zip file) > add > enable plugin > next > next > agree > finish

that was easy : P

in vscodium its like ... search plugin > click install
