For some strange reason, I don't seem to get to hack this myself, it won't work and I find the tmbundle syntax files a big pain so perhaps someone might be able to do this instead:
the problem is that literate files often need fold at the markdown paragraph level
At the moment, only indented code blocks of CoffeeScript get folded, nothing in the markdown sections does as far as I can see. Personally, I can be a bit lengthy trying to fully explain simple stuff to non-tech people so collapsing large chunks of text is really desirable to keep overview of the code.
