Assuming this extension hasn't been abandoned completely, it still doesn't work when e10s is enabled, with such hits as no context menu options, or right-click/scroll zooming always staying active, even when you've released the button, causing the image to remain in a scroll-zoom limbo no matter where the cursor is, or what you're doing with the right mouse button
This issue and others have existed as long as e10s has, and with multi-process Firefox being anything but an experimental feature in 2017, the least you could do is throw people a bone at this point, since there's no alternative to this extension in a world where e10s is the one thing that allows the Firefox family to maintain parity with Chrome and other multi-process browsers

Weird that it breaks with Multi Process enabled ...
This would probably needed to be ported to the new WebExtensions framework before spending time on the legacy extension stuff that might be disabled anyway soon.
