Hey there - new Github user, long time Noti user dropping in.

If somebody could help me figure out why I can see notifications, but cannot interact with any mobile app (reply, actions, etc), using macOS 10.13.2 / Noti 0.3, I'll be glad to pitch in with Japanese.
