Multiple certificate types

It would be great if rancher-letsencrypt would add the ability to issue both ECDSA and RSA certificates for the same domain.
At the moment my workaround would be to alternatingly shut down the respective service, which is prone to mistakes during renew time.

Is this a possibility? Or is there at least a better workaround?

If you can point me into the right direction, I'd be happy to contribute 😄
