Hover external links in Community Plugins browser

Would be great if the plugin could work on the Community Plugins browser also, i.e., hovering external links from community plugin descriptions, which currently does not seem to work.

It seems that this feature is doable to implement, seeing that another plugin—Image Toolkit—is able to do something from the Community Plugins browser; the plugin works when clicking on images from the community plugin descriptions.
