This would be pretty cool, obviously down the track, but we could have seasons where every player plays every other player once, and then a finals series after that. The way I imagine it, these games wouldn't count towards ELO.

How do you handle players that aren't as active as others or aren't in the office often? might end up with very long seasons.
Also every player playing everyone else sounds more like a round robin tournament than a season?
