Allow emoji and hash tags

It would be nice to also have mention be able to handle emoji and hash tags on the same textarea. I tried just running it twice on the same textarea but it didn't work.

I guess that you can already use hashtags. Just replace the delimiter by # and username by the tag ;)
For emoji, I think that you may use this script with the emojioneArea script. Load EmojiOne Area first and the mention.js after on the EmojiOne Area created field.
