Track clicks for external sites on jakartablogs.ee

We want to identify most visited articles on jakartablogs.ee.
Since users don't need to click on the title to read the post on jakartablogs.ee and the full content is usually on the homepage, can we change this by only featuring a part of the blog on the homepage so that the user will have to click on the article to be able to read the full blog?

In this case tracking the clicks would be more useful and will make more sense.
