How to disable certain commands or change it so only certain people or/and roles can use the command?

Hello!

Right now, the people in my server can do a lot of things with the bot I don't want them to do. So, how do make it so only certain people can use the different commands, or only me in that case. However, I still want them to be able to use the bot for playing music, i basicly want to add only certain people to the admin and DJ commands, but I don't know how. I just don't want "normal members to use commands such as forceskip, ping, shutdown. etc.

Sorry if this was a bit unclear. English isn't my first language.
