Check required autoload paths are present in the root project when combining packages #58

When creating a combined package for a project it would be useful if it checked the autoload paths included those required by the combined packages (CMS and XFP). Occasionally new paths are added so Meteor could highlight issues before patching. This could be implemented similar to how Meteor checks composer requirements of combined packages.
