Font Issue

I'm not a font expert so forgive the non-exact terms
The case i found was "v M" where you will see that the width of the space between the lowercase v and uppercase M is very slightly smaller than the space between other letters and M (and from a bit of testing it appears to be the same between v and any other capital letter)
I took some screenshots and did some pixel counting and it seems to be off by only 1 pixel at moderate zooms and less than a pixel (anti-aliasing fuzzies) at small font sizes. It is noticeable to my eyes down to 10pt font.

Expected behavior

[lowercase v][space][capital letter] should displalay the same space width compared to any other letter combination

Current behavior

[lowercase v][space][capital letter] makes the space character marginally narrower compared to other letter combinations

Possible solution

make the space a tiny bit wider for this specific case

Additional context

I have thought that this might be a perceptual thing where to my eye the spacing appears smaller but it is actually the same.
