Add support for treesitter special comments #69

The following highlight groups can be set to colour special comments such as TODO, FIX, etc

https://github.com/nvim-treesitter/nvim-treesitter/blob/master/queries/comment/highligts.scm

And by extension it would be great to add this to tender.vim
