I have had a few days where I'll get to about 18000 points or so and then an error message will put up on the bottom left saying that I am not connected to the server anymore. When I got back and try to sign in, my progress has reset to what it was that morning.

Hey sorry to hear about this. If you restart Anki it will force a full sync with all the medals you've earned since the last time you logged in or restarted Anki. The daily leaderboard is the literally people's scores over the last 24 hours and not by day, so depending on when you checked your score for that previous 24 hour window may have changed.

Do you have a specific day in particular you want me to look at?

It did it yesterday afternoon, around 3-4pm CST.

It might just be the day resetting and I did not realize it!

Okay, so right now it is telling me that I am in first place with 15111 points. Although when I look on the actual leaderboard I only have 2400 points
