Loan Repayment Planner is a web application that helps users to plan their loan repayments by providing them with a detailed payment schedule.
- Allows users to input the loan amount, annual interest rate, and loan term in months.
- Provides a detailed payment schedule including opening balance, amount paid, principal, interest, and closing balance for each month.
- Supports part payments, which can be done as fixed amounts in regular installments (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) or as variable amounts on user-selected dates.
- Automatically recalculates the schedule as the user inputs or modifies data.
