[Bug]: Octoprint Freezes/Crashes when using Dashboard

The problem

So when I have the Dashboard plugin enabled and I go to upload a file to local or sd octoprint freezes infinitely on the "Refreshing List" step. The only way for me to unfreeze it is to ssh and stop and restart octoprint via cmd prompt. I have fully gone through all the plugins, as I have multiple, and enabled and disabled one by one and Dashboard is the one that causes me problems. Tried a fresh OS of octoprint and octopi. And I upgraded from a 32gb (800MB/s Read and 15 MB/s Write) sd card to a 128gb (90MB/s Read and 60 MB/s Write) sd card. And nothing has worked.

Did some more tinkering. Found the issue is caused when Dashboard and OctoPrint Resource Monitor (https://github.com/Renaud11232/OctoPrint-Resource-Monitor) are both enabled
