Try this:

1. Right-click on the file named “Install(2).bat.”
2. Choose Properties from the context menu.
3. In the Properties dialog, look for an option to Unblock the file. Check the box if it’s available and click Apply.
4. Now try running the software again.

Try creating a blank .bat file with the code:
echo "test"
and see if that works, otherwise your school blocked .bat files from running.

easier way: turn off virus protection, or go to my game site: joshuadwclark.com and click activities>unblock computer> and follow the lanschool tutorial

He probably cant turn off virus protection, cuz he has no admin. Also your solution only removes the extension for bing, which does nothing.
