Replace the existing one with pictures from the iuf library. @tkiss for the index page, right?

(Nearly) Everything related is managed in the WordPress admin area under "Gallery"

To add new images:

  1. Choose "Add Gallery / Images"
  2. Select "Home Slideshow" in the Gallery dropdown
  3. Add some images
  4. Upload

To edit / delete images:

  1. Under "Manage Galleries"
  2. Click on Home Slideshow
  3. Edit / Delete the images
  4. Save changes

Note: The current widget displays a maximum of 4 images. If you want to increase the amount, go to Appearance > Widgets, expand NextGEN Widget: Gallery in the Home Widget Area, change the number under Show: and Save
