Purpose

Daily updates on project status and progress. Team members involved may vary depending on the size, scope, or phase of the project.

Description

Each team member should answer the following questions:

1. What did I do yesterday?
2. What do I hope to accomplish today?
3. What is blocking me from reaching my goals?

The individuals syncing should avoid trying to solve problems in this meeting, instead using it to set up time later to address issues that arise.

Outcome

Remove roadblocks and ensuring good and frequent team communication.
