1.0.0b6 on 10.11.6

  • configured node,
  • added target centos machine with iqn.blah.blah:builds,10.1.10.64:3260 (misconfigured on remote end, I'd missed the / at the beginning of the path in targets.conf)
  • performed iscsictl login,
  • iscsictl list luns show a lun but no disk,
  • iscsictl logout $IQN
    iscsictl: Input/output error

iscsid is running:

root 92699 0.0 0.0 2481936 8332 ?? Ss 2:19PM 0:00.02 /usr/local/libexec/iscsid

And

osmith:~ oliver.smith$ iscsictl login $IQN
The specified target cannot support additional connections

ioreg iSCSI: http://termbin.com/zmlw

We actually have this problem on two machines at the same time.

  • tried restarting iscsid,
  • tried removing the .plist from preferences and then restarting iscsid,
  • iscsictl list luns now shows no luns, but
    still can't login/logout

Same issue here. Did you manage to find a solution?

Is development abandoned with this software? I'm blocked by this bug as well, having just installed it on my laptop and trying to meaningfully mount and use targets on my Linux box. It isn't feasible to have to restart my Mac every time I need to disconnect and/or reconnect to a target...
