Pleiades KML dumps are broken #1

Typically, this happens when there's a malformed time period.

I found and fixed http://pleiades.stoa.org/vocabularies/time-periods/iron-age-italy-latial-culture-i-1000-900-bc.

I'm adding a workaround for broken time periods to pleiades.kml.browser. See pull request. We could call this version 0.13.3.

would help to know, from an editorial point of view, what was busted in that time period (was it the brackets?). I can't see the history.
