Relevant issue on ARK4: PSP-Archive/ARK-4#32

For all of the games you can use a custom DNS to connect online but you won't be able to even reach that part because you will just be back into the main menu when pressing the infra option.

Specifically for the game Sega Rally Revo you could connect to the server but after the race starts you will get disconnected.

Of course all the games work on a PSP console.
