Radio button for incidental vehicles to pick size

There should be a radio button control for the incidental vehicle pseudo-access so folks can pick the size (light, medium, heavy). Ideally, this will also do the "enhances" thing to change the length of the integrity track, but we can also do that later if it's a pain.
