We have a section explaining how to configure authentication settings in an iRODS zone... We need to explain a little bit more how this impacts the end user.

I also noticed that the bulleted list in the Troubleshooting section around TTL isn't rendering properly for some reason on the website: https://docs.irods.org/4.3.1/system_overview/troubleshooting/#firewalls-dropping-long-idle-connections-during-parallel-transfer We should fix that while we're on the topic of TTL documentation. :)
