How do I use the external_extensions json file (portable)?

Hey y'all,

I was hoping somebody could point me in the right direction on how to configure the external_extensions json file so that I could have a couple of extensions installed and ready to go when Iridium portable first runs.

The code is as follows:

// This json file will contain a list of extensions that will be included

Do I fill a URL in between the {} ? Or do I link to a file.
