Slow storage medium support

Incremental Backups are now copied before applying them. Xtrabackup requires opening a lot of files at the same time which is not supported by all backup storage

New option BACKUP_MODE

SIMPLE: Default, same as before
FULL: Create a Full backup named full-DATE
INCREMENTAL: Create an incremental backup based on the last full backup found.
