Breaks with Kubo 0.18 when ipfs.swarm.peers returns /quic-v1

Problem

Companion fails with Kubo 0.18.0-rc1:

Solution

• Quick fix is to do ad-hoc patch like we did in feat: kubo 0.18 with /quic-v1 and /webtransport ipfs-desktop#2363 (comment) and fix: support /quic-v1 ipfs-webui#2073.
  • I'll do this one now, because can't use companion at all after a few minutes, and that means all other users are on the same boat, and it will only get worse as more people paly with 0.18.0-rc1 over holidays
• Long term we want to switch ipfs-companion from ipfs-http-client to kubo-rpc-client (https://github.com/ipfs/js-kubo-rpc-client/, Create js-kubo-rpc-client library kubo#9125) which is more resillient (implements Don't fail on unknown codec / protocol js-kubo-rpc-client#103)
  • @whizzzkid this is fyi long term plan, @hacdias will be go-to for questions / fixes aroundd kubo-rpc-client, so good idea for you two to sync in January :)
