Note: At this point this is more related to the fact that not all of these repos aren't keeping active changelogs — other links here have been fixed.

I attempted to generate some changelogs for these projects but none of them are publishing GitHub "Releases", only basic tags, so there's not really any content to put into changelogs right now.

Also https://github.com/whyrusleeping/ipfs-see-all hasn't been updated in 4 years and https://github.com/ipfs-shipyard/ipfs-pack hasn't been updated in 2 years, so might be worth just removing/hiding them completely?

Pinging @whyrusleeping on @andrew's question above ... I believe you were the last person to commit to both of those repos. Thoughts?
