Connection Refused when using private testnet node

Prerequisites

Description

Log in to my own private testnet with the latest version of the wallet 2.5.7, which will show 'connection refused'

Steps to Reproduce

1. java -jar iri.jar --testnet true --testnet-no-coo-validation true --snapshot=Snapshot.txt --api-host 0.0.0.0 --config iota.ini
2. Open wallet
3. Go to Tools -> Edit Node Configuration
4. Host = http://<my private testnet ip>:14265
5. Save
6. View Node Info
   
7. Fill Seed
8. Login

Expected behavior: [What you expected to happen]
Login OK

Actual behavior: [What actually happened]
Connection Refused
