some links explaining parts of their system:

A sample hardware project:

Interesting first findings:

  • They use an .ohwr.yaml file per repo, similar to our okh.toml
  • I was unable to find a definition/schema for the .ohwr.yaml file
  • They use *.rst (ReStructuredText) instead of Markdown
  • In their Definition, (OS)H = Electronics (that might hace some software and mechanical components attached to it)
  • Instead of a dir-std, they have a sub-project guideline (there is at least a rough similarity in purpose)
  • They use REUSE
