Document default inconsistent behavior with connectedCallback

I'd like to make a guide page covering the inconsistent behavior with children when connectedCallback fires. Lazy loading has things in place to get around the browser behavior. The dist-custom-elements and dist-custom-elements-bundle may not consider when the children are loaded. This should be documented on the site so we don't have to point people to Framework code.
