add password reset option

@pieterprovoost I'm not sure if this is the correct repo, but my password for the jupyterhub isn't working. Obviously this is my problem, but it occurred to me that it would be good to have a password reset option, or authenticate through OceanExpert or Github. Not a priority, I just wanted to document this idea before I forgot.
