i come back to this issue. As marked by @GermanBluefox on Nov 7 that this issue is fixed.
In my opinion it is not because i have still this warning in my protocoll:

Bitte Testkng fixen und ggF neue Release erstellen. Der Fix ist kn 4.0.1 - die Release jam aber nie auf npm / ins Latest
