Script to Copy files (Clustering) fail with TLS message

Describe the bug
The bug occurs in the version 14.0 when we try create a new cluster and the step 3.5.2 (https://www.packetfence.org/doc/PacketFence_Clustering_Guide.html#_sync_the_packetfence_configuration_across_the_cluster_second_and_third_servers) the script return only the message below:

An error occured while sending a JSONRPC request: 35 SSL connect error gnutls_handshake() failed: The TLS connection was non-properly terminated. at /usr/local/pf/lib/pf/api/jsonrpcclient.pm line 161.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install 3 nodes
2. Folliwing the Clustering Configuration Guide
3. The problem occurs in the step 3.5.2
