Part of the goal of #434

Describe the solution you'd like

Tests must demonstrate that a sub- scription can be deleted on any DSS instance in the DSS pool and the deletion is reflected on all DSS instances in the DSS pool using getSubscription, and notifications for the subscrip- tion are not triggered when intersecting entities are added or modified to all DSS instances in the DSS pool.

Standalone
This has no open dependency and can be worked on immediately. However it makes sense to coordinate this with #541
