I could not find an issue for adding a subtest for CAA records in the website test. This is recommended by the Forum Standaardisatie per the decision of 09-07-2020.

I'm not sure whether there has been discussion on this topic already, but I would assume that the presence of a single issue record is sufficient for passing the test. Since there seem to be no requirements/limitations towards wildcard certificates, I would suggest not adding this to the subtest.
