TLS website category results in failure while none of the subtests show an error (but do show a not applicable)

The TLS category for the website programmamenscentraal.nl results in a 'failed' state, while none of the subtests fail. There is a gray badge present that says there is no redirect, which is odd as a redirect is present to https://minaz.sitearchief.nl/. My guess is there is an error in the redirect check, or the way the result of the redirect is presented.
