TLS website category results in failure while none of the subtests show an error (but do show a not applicable) #1536

The TLS category for the website programmamenscentraal.nl results in a 'failed' state, while none of the subtests fail. There is a gray badge present that says there is no redirect, which is odd as a redirect is present to https://minaz.sitearchief.nl/. My guess is there is an error in the redirect check, or the way the result of the redirect is presented.

In this report the DANE requirements are not met, but those are on the informational level, so that wouldn't cause the issue.

There is a difference between batch and the single test instance, as can be seen below.

The error is consistent in batch tests over a larger period of time, starting in September to today:
