The readme at https://github.com/intel/optimized-models/tree/v1.0.8/pytorch/mlperf_tools says:

export LD_PRELOAD=the/location/of/libiomp5.so      
#Taking the following command for example to load libiomp5.so
#export LD_PRELOAD=/opt/intel/compilers_and_libraries_2018.1.163/linux/compiler/lib/intel64/libiomp5.so

What SW package will give compilers_and_libraries_2018.1.163 ? ICC?

Yes, it's from icc SW. Will update the Readme later.
