How do I get notifications ONLY for @mentions?

Someone in my org has notifications working ONLY for direct @mentions. Their /github subscribe list features says "Not subscribed to any repositories or accounts".

When I run the command, I get the same output. I've run /github signin and completed the sign-in flow. However, I'm still not getting @mention notifications. The mentions docs suggest that you need to be subscribed to a feature to get mention notifications. This doesn't seem to apply to my colleague, and when I enable those features they are too chatty. I want slack notifications ONLY for mentions. Is such a thing possible?

@srsudar did you ever figure this out? I'm in the same boat except I get mentions for one repository but not others, and my subscribe list says it's empty.

No, sadly, and the lack of response here is a bummer.

I've begun offering cash to the people in my org who have their config set up to try and help me duplicate it, but I apparently have not yet offered enough. I fear there may be collusion in the marketplace.
