Ability to subscribe using Repo Custom Properties or Topics

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

With the ability to group repositories but custom properties or topics, it would be ideal to be able to subscribe to a specific group of repositories through the teams integration, so not needed to subscribe to each repository individually and update as new repos are created.
